We're looking for an ERP Systems Manager (Dynamics 365) to join the team in our Alpharetta office.

　　As part of our Transformation effort at The HoneyBaked Ham Company, this role will have experience in designing business workflows, architecting and implementing Dynamics 365 business solutions. This individual will lead our Finance & Operations portion of the D365 implementation. This highly self-motivated individual is expected to interact with business stakeholders, other development leads, platform analysts, QE resources, and members of the senior leadership team, as appropriate. This role works closely with cross-functional teams and collaborators to develop standard platforms across multiple business units. This person will also possess the ability to lead key initiatives as part of Transformation phases and produce business, workflows, conceptual and logical architectures to meet strategic business, financial, and technological objectives through prototyping concepts, documentation of systems, architectures, and business process flows. This role will be critical to establishing a world class ERP at HBH and establishing our go forward platform to enable our long range plan. This role will comprehend data integration and 365 extensions needed for HBH and work with our partners/vendors to integrate them into the platform.

　　WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

　　Provide leadership for business and technical efforts for Microsoft Dynamics F&O in during transformation including: phased implementations across both production, development and test environments.

　　Lead the LCS for D365 F&O and help coordinate releases of software builds into production environment.

　　Responsible for D365 user setup and security configurations

　　Liaison with system partners and vendors to ensure optimal platform use

　　Work with development, DBA, information security, network, operations, and product management teams to design and implement new solutions as appropriate

　　Maintain and enhance different modules including AR, AP, GL, Inventory Management, Cost Accounting, Warehouse Management, Procurement and Sourcing modules.

　　Prepare functional requirements by analyzing current workflows to improve the quality and efficiency of the application.

　　Author business flows and technical documentation, assess technical feasibility, analyzes business workflow and configuration needs.

　　Creates production change request documentation for Change Authorization Board's (CAB) review.

　　Lead business requirement gathering, build process and workflows, and testing efforts for Microsoft Dynamics 365.

　　Defines and develops test plan documentation to support system validation and/or User Acceptance Testing.

　　Leads gap analysis and uses analytical skills to identify root cause and assist with problem management.

　　Prepares high level user documentation and training materials.

　　Participate in data governance process for accuracy and quality of data related to Item Master.

　　YOUR TRACK RECORD

　　Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, computer engineering, or a related field of study, or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in full software development and ERP systems, including:

　　Experience with MSFT SQL Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience required (3 years)

　　Experience upgrading D365 F&O environments.

　　Experience in creating requirements specifications based on Architecture/ Design / Detailing of ERP Business Processes.

　　Experience with SSRS, SSIS, SSAS and related Microsoft tools such as Power Pivot

　　Understanding of requirement gathering and testing of web-based applications and SaaS services.

　　Ability to work independently as well as within a team

　　Good verbal and written communication skills

　　Understanding of LCS (Life Cycle Services) and Azure DevOps.

　　Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse, etc.

　　Knowledge in web services XML, Azure Platforms (Azure SQL, Data Lake, Data Factory), SharePoint, and Power BI.
