　　What you’ll do

　　As an ERP D365 Functional Architect, you are client-facing, responsible for translating the client’s business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for very large complex IT solutions and integrating architecture. You will act as an advocate for the client; you are the ultimate authority on the architecture designed to address client business problems.

　　You will* Establish ERP architecture by integrating ERP solutions across functional lines.* Create and implement work plans for assigned projects, programs, and/or clients against established operational objectives; supports translation of group strategy into objectives and work plans.* Support the sales team in deal shaping and increase organization effectiveness by identifying opportunities to leverage solutions to other engagements.* Maintain project team accomplishments by establishing and monitoring milestones; communicating essential information; coordinating actions; obtaining expert input; reviewing open issues and action items; contributing information to team meetings and reports.* Validate ERP system performance by defining metrics to measure business and operations systems success.* Prepare clients to use ERP solution by analyzing business and operations changes; re-defining new responsibilities and actions; defining training and re-training programs.

　　Manage customer relationship by providing support; communicating ERP standards; answering questions; resolving concerns and issues.Skills and experiences

　　We are looking for someone with* A strong background from D365 F&O consulting and a deep understanding of the D365 ERP value-chain.* Leading projects requiring significant coordination, with the freedom to use your own discernment and methodologies.* Experience managing/leading teams both onshore and offshore.* Experience from reviewing your team's work across all phases of Avanade projects (e.g., Plan, Analyze, Design, Build and Test).

　　Previous knowledge from designing conceptual architecture and functional and/or technical solutions for large complex technology projects.About you* Consultative, collaborative, relationship builder.* Results oriented, self-directed ability to drive change in a complex environment and a strong business acumen.* Excellent interpersonal and presentational.* Strong time management skills.* Resilient, flexible, able to work autonomously and in teams.
