JOB DESCRIPTION
*Summary/Objective: *The ERP Developer Analyst is adept at designing, implementing, and maintaining ERP solutions. Skilled in analyzing business processes to optimize system functionality and deliver tailored solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support business objectives. This role requires both technical and functional expertise to ensure seamless alignment between the operational requirements and the delivered technology solutions.

Develop, enhance, and implement applications for the Epicor ERP system.Collaborate with stakeholders and other IT members to understand project requirements.Create and analyze functional/technical specifications to confirm requirements.Respond promptly to changes in management priorities and business requirements.Provide end-user training, when required.Participate in cross-training within the IT team.Regularly collaborate with other IT team members regarding solution planning and development.Remain up to date with current development technologies, including professional training if/when required.Adhere to timelines despite managing numerous concurrent development projects and tasks.Support users with ERP and general IT questions/issues.Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Strong understanding of ERP systems (Epicor ERP, preferred) in a manufacturing environment.3-5+ years of experience in ERP application development (Kinetic App Studio, preferred).Familiarity with modifying/upgrading existing applications (C# experience, preferred).Well-versed in Microsoft SQL query writing to support user requests and issue research.Ability to create and modify SSRS reports to satisfy business requirements.Proficient in developing Business Activity Queries, Dashboards, and Business Process Management.Experience with Epicor Product Configurator, preferred.Strong communication abilities with both technical and non-technical audiences.Ability to apply project management techniques to successfully organize tasks and initiatives.Exceptional problem-solving abilities required.Experience with 3^rd^ party applications and modules preferred: BarTender, DocStar, Avalara, EDIDemonstrate great organizational skills/multi-taskingKnowledge of and adherence to software life cycles and best practices

*Supervisory Responsibility: *This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
*Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: *This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Expected normal weekly hours 45 -- 50 per week. Must be flexible to occasionally work extended hours when needed to support system maintenance, deployments/upgrades, and urgent production issues.
*Travel: *There is minimal travel with this position. Occasional travel to other Webster locations may be required. Travel to a yearly software conference is expected.
