　　We are seeking a skilled and experienced ERP Business Analyst to join our team. Experience with eNVenta or SAP S4/HANA is beneficial. As an ERP Business Analyst, you will play a key role in the successful implementation, integration, and ongoing support of our ERP system. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT professionals, and external vendors, to understand business requirements, analyze processes, and translate them into effective ERP solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in business analysis, extensive knowledge of ERP systems, and a proven ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical capabilities.

　　A day in the life:

　　Business Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze their functional and non-functional requirements related to the ERP system implementation and enhancements.

　　Process Mapping and Improvement: Analyze existing business processes and workflows, identify areas for improvement, and propose optimized processes aligned with ERP best practices.

　　ERP System Implementation: Participate in all phases of the ERP system implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, system configuration, data migration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.

　　User Support: Provide technical assistance and end-user support, resolving user issues, troubleshooting problems, and providing guidance on application functionalities and best practices.

　　Change Management: Assess the impact of ERP system changes on business processes and stakeholders. Develop and execute change management strategies, including training plans, user communication, and user adoption activities.

　　System Testing: Develop test scenarios, test scripts, and perform system testing to validate ERP system functionality, data integrity, and integration points.

　　Issue Resolution and Support: Provide ongoing support for ERP system users, troubleshoot issues, and work with technical teams and vendors to resolve system-related problems.

　　Documentation and Training: Create and maintain user manuals, training materials, and documentation of ERP system processes, configurations, and customizations.

　　Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for system enhancements and propose solutions to improve system efficiency, functionality, and user experience.

　　The keys to success:

　　Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or several years of professional experience in this area.

　　Proven experience as an ERP Business Analyst with a solid understanding of ERP best practices and business processes in the manufacturing and warehousing area.

　　In-depth knowledge of application administration concepts, methodologies, and best practices. Familiarity with application servers, databases, and web services.

　　Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation techniques.

　　Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, and the ability to work effectively within project timelines and constraints.

　　Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify business needs, evaluate options, and recommend effective solutions.

　　Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

　　Detail-oriented mindset, with strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
