　　DESCRIPTION OF WORK:

　　Maintain clean and sanitary kitchen utensils.

　　SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Safety operate dishwasher equipment to produce clean and sanitarykitchen and dining utensils.Maintain clean-as-you-go all times.Will leave dishwasher and dish washing area clean, sanitized andstocked at end of the shift.Go to shift supervisor with any problems or complaints.Will put out nothing but clean, sanitized dishware.Follow company policy and procedures.Required to help out in other areas of the kitchen when directed.Other duties as assigned.Empties all kitchen trash.
