Receive, store, and assemble equipment and supplies according to airline specifications.Ensure the exact amount of equipment and beverage is always accurately packed and ready for each flight.Ensure all stocks received and replenishments are documented properly.Conduct inventory of assigned area as needed.Inspect all chinaware, silverware, plasticware and all equipment used daily and verify each flight before trolleys are sealed.Comply with hygiene, quality, and safety standards always.Prepare correct paperwork for the Equipment and Beverage packing according to company guidelines.Accomplish goals and objectives while adhering to food safety regulations. Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook.Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
