Overview

　　We have created a brand-new role at OLEDWorks - An Epicor Data & Reporting Specialist! OK...what does that mean? We recently implemented Epicor and are looking for a key ERP system specialist for our company globally. We need a talented person who is technically savvy in Epicor, can build and automate reports to extract quality data, and can help key users gather and provide data driven solutions. This individual will work closely with the manufacturing and finance teams to support overall business reporting and strategies. We see this role as a key contributor to ensuring the smooth operation of our global business processes and integrated systems through the use of our ERP system.

　　What You'll Do Every Day

　　First you will get to know the business, specifically in our manufacturing locations in Aachen, Germany and Rochester, NY and will collaborate with global finance and cross-functional teams to understand our overall business. Each day you will review, analyze, and evaluate our key user needs. We will rely on you to build, automate, and maintain reports to help the team perform financial consolidation, government reporting requirements, and operational analyses. You will develop queries and dashboards to track operations against KPIs and provide specific support to key users. You may compile charts, tables, and other elements to present data, and you will identify trends to make recommendations for improvements.

　　You will ensure Epicor features and functionality are in top working order. This can include configuring the ERP system to aid with initial setup and development of new configurations. You will act as a liaison between IT, software development, and end users to create system specifications that drive development to support business strategies, support user maintenance requests and troubleshooting, and to ensure successful implementations, maintenance, and functionality. You will help develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), provide training, and perform project management duties.

　　Skills You Must Bring

　　You bring a Bachelor's level education and aptitude in finance/accounting, computer information systems or data science, and hands-on working experience in technical and business analysis. You know your way around current technology to identify and implement data driven solutions. Specific experience using Epicor is required. You bring skills in software development to create database queries and provide timely solutions. You have a solid understanding of finance and accounting, and key business drivers. You are comfortable working independently or coordinating with others and your ability to problem solve is a must. You can adapt within a changing and growing company environment and seek out solutions with a positive outlook. You have demonstrated the delivery of great internal customer service in previous employment and understand the importance of the same at OLEDWorks. This position offers remote work opportunity, and you must be willing to travel if needed.
