The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, recordkeeping and reporting for environmental permits, inspections, training, interaction with line supervisors and process managers to ensure compliance with environmental regulations (air, water, waste). Position will also be responsible for the supervision of hourly associates within EHS operations. Person will be responsible for assisting EHS expense accounting and budgeting.Environmental, Health & Safety Compliance Recordkeeping and Reporting:* Air Compliance* Manage Air Related Permitting* Investigate Air incidents and root causes* Keep existing permits current and evaluate site Operations to determine compliance* Implement and keep current Title V Compliance Permit and insure successful submittal of Title V Regulatory Reports* Manage Stack Test/ Compliance Demonstration Program* Monitor regulatory development/ Plans for Incorporation of new requirements* Evaluate impact of process changes on Air Pollution Control and Permit compliance* Compile and submit the SARA 311/312/313 Reporting Program* Waste Management* Responsible for the RCRA/ Universal/ Non-Hazardous Waste Management program* Manage the Land Application Management Permit* Groundwater and Landfill O&M* Manage and coordinate all aspects of the groundwater detection monitoring program* Manage the Landfill Operations and Maintenance Program* Manage the Crosses Run Stream Operations and Maintenance Program* Water* Manage the City of Marysville POTW Permit and reporting* Manage the site NPDES Permit and reporting* Manage the site Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasures PlanContinuous Improvement* Initiate and manage environmental related capital improvement projects* Participate in cross functional teams to develop environmental policy, reduce emissions, conserve raw materials, and reduce environmental related costs and footprint* Perform assignments under the direction of the EHS Manager.
