　　VHB is seeking an emerging professional environmental engineer/geologist/hydrogeologist for our growing Site Investigation & Remediation practice.

　　Responsibilities

　　Develop and manage effective site investigation and remediation field programs

　　Provide hands-on support during field exploration and testing Interpret and communicate investigation findingsLeverage technology to support data management and visualization Manage and perform Phase I Environmental Site AssessmentsWrite technical reports, correspondence, notes and memoranda

　　Skills and Attributes

　　Work in field and office settingsEffectively communicate complex topics with colleagues and clientsRecognize and manage business riskProblem solve and work independently

　　Qualifications

　　BS or MS in Civil or Environmental Engineering, Geology, or Hydrogeology (MS preferred)1+ years of professional environmental/remediation consulting experience Our best estimate of the salary range for this position located in Hauppauge, New York is $55,000-70,000. The final compensation will be based on a variety of factors such as individual qualifications, education, and experience.
