　　What’s the job?

　　Oversight of all environmental and sustainability requirements for the plant.

　　Perform all internal and external environmental reporting requirements per CAA, RCRA, TSCA, CWA, etc.

　　Oversee spill response team and spill cleanups

　　Develop capital cost, design, and installation plans for new equipment specifically environmental equipment. Recommend equipment replacement to improve operations, reduce costs and energy usage.

　　Secure and manage all required permits from governmental agencies for site permit renewal applications and equipment installations.

　　Implementation of approved capital programs within budget and schedule plans.

　　Participation in Equipment Safety Inspections.

　　Provides support to maintenance & plant operations as needed.

　　Required Qualifications

　　What do you bring?

　　BS degree in Environmental, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or similar Engineering degree.

　　At least 5 years’ experience in manufacturing environment in an engineering capacity.

　　General knowledge of Ohio Environmental Protection Agency regulations

　　Knowledge of, or ability to understand operational excellence principles and tools, such as 5S, SMED, Kaizen, Six Sigma green belt, and TPM.

　　CAD or AutoCAD skills and/or working knowledge of process engineering software.
