　　We are looking for

　　An Environment Rehabilitation Expert to join our Rosignano Plant to manage the environmental liabilities, and regulatory compliance and improve the site's environmental impactWe count on you to

　　Design and manage rehabilitation projects for the Rosignano site

　　Develop remediation strategies, define and manage financial provisions, and purchase and direct the services from our external consultants and contractors to perform investigations, design solutions, and deliver the best possible remediation plans against the most optimal costs and in full compliance with Italian laws and regulations

　　Mobilize your technical expertise, insights, and ability to propose innovative and efficient solutions but also your capability to collaborate with a large panel of other professionals such as HSE, Engineering experts, Purchasing, Financial, Legal including external counsels, and Communication

　　Establish and maintain permanent and high-level relationships with local Authorities (Environmental agencies) and local Communities (governmental representatives, Region, Municipalities, NGOs)

　　As a team member, you will enjoy significant autonomy in shaping our approach to process standardization, thinking globally, and guiding regional and local implementations. This provides ample recognition for the valuable contributions of the candidate

　　You will bring

　　Education and experience

　　Degree in Hydrogeology Engineering, Chemistry, or Biochemistry applied to environment or environmental remediation

　　Minimum of 15 years of experience in polluted soil, water, or air remediation, either within an industrial company or within an environmental consultancy organization

　　Experience in managing contaminated sites

　　Experienced with Italian and European Environmental Regulations

　　Technical skills

　　Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory. Any other language is a plus

　　HSE management

　　Environment, Geology, hydrology, soil chemistry, and de-pollution

　　Project management

　　Negotiation

　　Understanding of finances and contract management for industrial
