Description
Robert Half is looking for an Entry-Level Recruiter for our client, you will be responsible for assisting with the recruitment and selection process to identify and attract top-tier candidates who will contribute to our client's success. You will work closely with their HR team and hiring managers to source, screen, and engage with potential candidates to build a strong talent pipeline. This position is full onsite in St. Louis Park, MN and will be a contract to hire opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize various recruitment sources such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify potential candidates.
Initiate contact with candidates through email, phone, and social platforms to gauge their interest and qualifications.
Review and evaluate resumes and applications to ensure they meet the required qualifications.
Identify and select candidates who best match the job requirements.
Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing all necessary information and support.
Maintain regular communication with candidates to keep them informed about the recruitment process and their status.
Provide feedback and guidance to candidates when necessary.
Keep detailed and accurate records of candidate information and interactions in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Work closely with HR team members and hiring managers to understand the specific talent needs for each role.
Participate in team meetings and discussions to share updates and insights.
Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations to ensure the recruitment process is compliant.
Requirements
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in basic office software and equipment.
A friendly and professional demeanor.
