　　The Mobile Crisis Response (MCR) Therapist is part a larger team thatresponds to acute mental health and related crises in the community toprevent crises from becoming emergencies. Travel will be required; aCenter vehicle is provided.

　　Work a flexible schedule which includes after hours work,Reduce use of emergency rooms, inpatient hospital stays, and otherharmful behaviors.Respond to critical incidents, and work with community partners.Provides mobile crisis services, assessment and screens forpatients.Directly provide mobile crisis intervention services where everneeded (homes, community, etc).Provides crisis intervention services via telehealth when areasonable response time cannot be achieved.Provides appropriate care/support through diversion of emergencydepartment use, hospitalization, and law enforcement response.
