Cleveland-Cliffs is seek a Section Manager Maintenance. This role provides supervisory control over the Shift Managers, Process Managers and their crews, ensures that quality products are manufactured safely and on-time while at the same time maintaining effective employee relations and equipment that is operated and maintained efficiently.Summary of Responsibilities

　　Manages Shift Managers, Process Managers and their subordinate crews. Oversees Plant Operations, Manufactory Processes and Equipment Maintenance

　　Directs and coordinates the development of short and long-range operation/maintenance plans, budgets, and performance targets

　　Prioritizes tasks within the constraints of the safety standards, environmental regulations, production needs, budget, and labor agreements

　　Acts as a consultant, provides technical and mechanical support, periodically works in the operational areas

　　Collaborates with other departments regards to internal/external customer requests for corrective actions or continuous improvement of projects, process efficiency, product quality and cost effectiveness

　　Promotes and encourages teamwork and high-performance standards throughout the section and oversees the disciplinary action. Designs and leads training programs. Conducts performance reviews.

　　Other duties as assigned

　　Minimum Qualifications

　　Bachelor’s Degree with at least 3-5 years of experience in a related field

　　Experience working with power systems

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Managerial experience in a steelmaking facility
