YOUR QUALIFICATIONS To be a good fit for the Entry-Level Automotive Service Technician opportunity, you will have: A strong interest in auto repair and maintenance; automotive technical training is a plus A positive attitude and passion for learning and developing your skills General mechanical skills, manual dexterity and the ability to operate power and hand tools, and other types of machinery Knowledge of the automotive repair life cycle Attention to detail with organization and follow-up skills Demonstrated customer service skills Valid in-state driver’s license, and acceptable, safe driving record Ability to operate a manual transmission is a plus THE JOB As an Entry-Level Automotive Service Technician, you’ll perform basic vehicle repairs as assigned and in accordance with dealer and factory standards. You will work alongside other technicians and initially handle maintenance work such as oil changes. Your attention to detail will make you a valuable asset to the team as you ensure assigned repairs are completed on time and deliver top-notch work to delight our customers. In this role, you’ll interact daily with other team members including service advisors, other technicians, parts associates, cashiers, sales associates, and managers.
