　　POSITION SUMMARY

　　We are currently hiring entry level Business and Technology Strategy Consultants. You will work as a critical part of an interdisciplinary team to help clients transform their business, strengthen their competitive position, and solve their most pressing problems. As part of the select, high-growth Consulting team, you will have exposure to senior leaders and a start-up like atmosphere, with the support of a stable, global company. Each project is unique, offering variety while providing opportunities to learn new skills and advance to leading teams as you gain experience. 　　Successful applicants for this position will start in either Spring or Summer 2024. Most roles will be based in our Nashville Innovation Center in Nashville, TN. We also have opportunities in our other regional hub cities; Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas/Plano, New York, and Phoenix.

　　This is a full-time salaried position, and we offer a comprehensive benefits package that begins on your first day of employment. Selected candidates will participate in an intensive training and development program before alignment with a variety of projects/engagements.

　　RESPONSIBILITIES

　　Assist project leaders in defining and executing work needed on engagements Conduct or support activities such as: market research, interviews with stakeholders, requirements elicitation and/or other business analysis Contribute to project deliverables, managing your work to completion Establish solid working relationships with your team, gaining an understanding of consulting projects and common challenges encountered

　　QUALIFICATIONS

　　Bachelor's or Master's degree with a graduation date by July 2024 1+ year(s) of experience using tools in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) or Google Workspace Minimum overall GPA of 3.0 US Citizen or Green Card holder

　　PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

　　Internship or work experience during college Leadership experience during college whether that is through campus activities, student organizations, intern/school projects, or athletics A bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Social Sciences, Engineering, or relevant Arts majors, with a minor in a business field or coursework in business topics A master's degree in Cybersecurity, Business Analytics, Healthcare or Information Management Flexibility and willingness to travel
