　　Sr. Consulting Manager - Integrated Demand & Supply Planning (IDSP)

　　JOB DESCRIPTION

　　As a Senior Manager in the IDSP practice at NTT DATA Supply Chain Solutions, you join a team that help improving supply chain planning capabilities for the world's largest and most dynamic firms, and lead planning solutions/software implementations and transformations. As part of a rapidly growing global firm, you will have opportunities to contribute, gain experience, learn, grow and advance in a stimulating small company environment. The work will be performed at the customer premises, in our offices or from home office.

　　RESPONSIBILITIES

　　Lead supply chain planning transformations and solutions/software implementations as the project manager. Take care of planning project timeline & activities, allocate roles & responsibilities, budget monitoring & reporting, identify problems before they happen & course correct. Work closely with the solution architect to design, develop, and integrate material for client presentations Work closely with other team members to execute the methodology, performing certain tasks directly and delegating other tasks to consultants/analysts Develop and maintain positive client relationships Identify and communicate ways to improve Chainalytics' solutions Interface with the client to acquire business data, information and insights Support creation of thought leadership materials (blogs, public speaking, etc.) that support Chainalytics' overall brand and positioning

　　Impeccable integrity, passion for supply chain consulting, creative, and energetic Ability to work creatively and analytically, both independently and in a problem-solving team-oriented environment Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills

　　QUALIFICATIONS

　　Masters degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management or Transportation and Logistics Relevant experience in planning transformations. Relevant experience of supply chain planning concepts including Demand Management, Distribution Planning, Master Planning and S&OP. Experience in implementing planning solutions (like e.g. o9, BlueYonder, Kinaxis, Anaplan) Experience in supply chain consulting, especially in project management Excellent client communication skills and experience Have superior and creative problem-solving skills

　　LOCATION

　　We are looking for a person to join our Dutch practice, our office is in Schiphol-Rijk. Required to live in the Netherlands before applying. The Dutch team works on average once or twice per week from the office, the other days we either work from home or are at the customer location. The ability to travel based on project requirements
