Description

　　We are seeking an experienced Integration and Architecture Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting testing and quality assurance for integration functionality and performance. Additionally, you will be responsible for defining and communicating a clear architectural strategy for Workday implementation, considering business goals, technology trends, and best practices.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Support testing and quality assurance efforts for integration functionality and performance.

　　Define and communicate a clear architectural strategy for Workday implementation, aligning with business goals, technology trends, and best practices.

　　Develop scalable and high-performing solutions, providing technical leadership.

　　Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology strategies with business objectives, establish architectural standards, and stay updated on Workday features.

　　Evaluate existing architecture, identify improvement opportunities, address risks, develop mitigation strategies, and maintain clear documentation.

　　Utilize TOGAF principles to develop and maintain enterprise architecture artifacts, including roadmaps, standards, and guidelines.

　　Leverage expertise in MuleSoft and Workday to design integration solutions, enhancing data flow, process automation, and system interoperability.

　　Requirements

　　Proven experience in supporting testing and quality assurance for integration functionality and performance.

　　Strong background in defining and communicating architectural strategies for Workday implementation.

　　Demonstrated ability to develop scalable and high-performing solutions, providing technical leadership.

　　Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technology strategies with business objectives.

　　Familiarity with Workday features and the ability to stay updated on emerging trends.

　　Proficiency in evaluating existing architecture, identifying improvement opportunities, and developing mitigation strategies.

　　Knowledge of TOGAF principles and experience in developing and maintaining enterprise architecture artifacts.

　　Expertise in MuleSoft and Workday to design integration solutions, enhancing data flow, process automation, and system interoperability.
