The Enterprise Architect: Digital (EAD) helps to reduce risk, increase business value, and manage costs as a member of the Enterprise Architecture team. This position reports into the Director of Enterprise Architecture and is a member of Enterprise Architecture Team. The EAD serves as the Digital domain expert ensuring veracity in the development of MarTech and eCommerce strategies, standards, best practices, and governance processes. Scope of practice specific to Enterprise Architects: Trusted Technology Advisor that partners with IT ounterparts and business stakeholders to enable new capabilities while mitigating risk. Technology Steward that partners with other enterprise architects to create relevant technology standards, maintain architectural patterns, and facilitate governance processes that ensure best practice. Technology Strategist that works to future-proof the BSI echnology ecosystem by elevating tactical business requirements into scalable, portable, secure, extensible, value propositions. Role Responsibilities

　　As an Advisor

　　The EAD defines patterns, builds reference models, and stewards technology roadmaps to drive best practices, coach project delivery teams during key milestones, and continuously drive innovation and improvement of Digital Commerce Platforms.

　　Build and sustain credibility as a domain expert in emerging MarTech, eCommerce, social media, and other consumer-facing technologies.

　　As a Steward

　　Key priorities will include reducing risk like tech debt, technology inefficiencies, or total cost of ownership of existing technology assets. To do so, the EAD must be able to educate, guide, and influence stakeholders, IT delivery teams, and IT leaders to work towards best practices and standards set in architectural patterns.

　　This architect is part of governance facilitation through processes like the ARB, TRB, and annual planning. They serve as stewards of architectural patterns set by key stakeholders with an annual value realization review or IT audit.

　　As a Strategist

　　This key contributor defines, influences, and evolves digital strategy, standards, and technology roadmap of the future-state digital ecosystem. This may include how Industry 4.0 technologies create relevant business value and drive measurable business outcomes. This architect is responsible for future-proofing their domain and driving thought leadership in a methodical, realistic manner.

　　QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant equivalent. At least 10 years of experience designing and implementing digital solutions with hands on experience implementing Web applications, ecommerce solutions, analytics solutions, MarTech solutions, integrated social media, or UX solutions. Minimum 5 years as a Program Lead, Product Owner, or Lead Developer Strong business and technical acumen with a bias towards incremental change and drive towards measurable business outcomes. Working technical knowledge and experience with machine learning, Big Data (e.g., data science, data virtualization), IoT, IoB, (e.g., social media), UX, and Streaming. Solid knowledge and experience with the Agile delivery method and assuring business relevance in enterprise architectural frameworks.Highly DesiredResilient and dependable thought leader with high EQ and excellent listening skills. Cloud computing experience using GCP, Amazon AWX, Microsoft Azure, or any combination of at least 2. Proactive, methodical, independent, and well-organized team member that can clearly articulate technical concepts to non-experts. Collaborative team member that knows how to capture, publish, communicate, and influence standards and best practices. Strong critical thinking skills with bias towards business KPIs like:- Cost leadership (reducing TCO, increasing profitability or revenues)
