　　We are looking for:

　　We seek an Enterprise Architect to proactively guide enterprise leaders, product managers, product owners, and product delivery teams through transformation and optimization initiatives. This role supports the formulation of business strategy, outcomes, and capabilities, focusing on achieving targeted business outcomes such as revenue growth, cost optimization, risk mitigation, and sustainability improvements. The Enterprise Architect will play a key role in developing the IT strategy and enterprise architecture aligned with overall business strategy and capabilities.We count on you for:

　　Supporting Formulation of Strategy and Guides Execution:

　　Works with Business and Leadership Stakeholders to develop IT strategy.

　　Identifies and responds to disruptive forces, guiding investment decisions.

　　Leads analysis of business and operating models, market trends, and technology impact.

　　Building and Maintaining Relationships:

　　Positions the EA practice at the intersection of business and IT.

　　Develops the EA value proposition and structures business engagement.

　　Manages cross-functional relationships and leads a collaborative community of architects.

　　Orchestrating the Delivery of Business Outcomes:

　　Aligns business and IT by analyzing future-state capabilities.

　　Identifies organizational requirements for supporting enterprise architecture.

　　Ensures efficient and effective business and IT operating models.

　　Facilitating Innovation:

　　Assesses disruptive forces and identifies technology-enabled opportunities.

　　Provides advice on trends and disruptive technology affecting business.

　　Tracks and manages execution of innovations to deliver expected business outcomes.

　　Planning and Managing the IT Portfolio:

　　Maintains alignment of architecture activities across programs, projects, and products.

　　Supports portfolio modernization and develops roadmaps for IT investments.

　　Supports solutions design and delivery, ensuring consistency with enterprise architecture.

　　You will bring:

　　Education & Experience:

　　Master’s or bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.

　　Eight or more years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or enterprise architecture consulting.

　　Knowledge of various disciplines such as business, information, solution or technical architecture.

　　Skills:

　　Understanding of business ecosystems, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, SOA, APIs, microservices, and predictive analytics.

　　Familiarity with enterprise architecture tools, graphical models, and frameworks.

　　Leadership skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.

　　Competencies:

　　Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills.

　　Organizationally savvy with political intelligence.

　　Balances long-term and short-term implications estimates financial impacts, and applies multiple solutions.

　　Comfortable influencing and persuading business and IT leaders, speaking the language of business.
