　　Using knowledge of our billing platforms, you review and research accounts for billing issues and corrections. You manage cases for dispute, research the issues and partner with the client's point of contact to resolve them. You provide investigations and analyses of client data while acting as a first level for escalations. You collaborate with teams in person and digitally within an office environment.

　　WHAT OUR ENTERPRISE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ANALYSTS ENJOY MOST

　　Monitor and interact with a group of accounts that generate up to $1.8M annually.Manage confidential company and client business records and assist other team members on policies, processes and tools. Identify and resolve account issues with minimal supervision using excellent analytical skills. Remain current on products, procedures and changes in the order entry process to accurately review and resolve cases.Collaborate with other departments to address client issues and questions.

　　WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM ENTERPRISE

　　Required Qualifications

　　Experience: One year of commercial billing platform experience; One or more years of accounts receivable and Salesforce experience.Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

　　Technical Skills: Knowledge of sales and CRM tools, billing systems and other related software; Proficient in Microsoft Office.Skills: Prioritization, organizational and interpersonal English communication skills.Abilities: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Two years of experience with cash management or accounts receivable.Expert in Excel.
