VelocityEHS is looking for anEnterprise Account Executiveto join ourenterprise sales team acting to acquire new enterprise level customersto our base. You will be dedicated to helping prospect reach their EHSgoals through the use of our software platform. You must possess astrategic approach to selling and strive to meet/exceed revenue goals,while acting as an advocate for innovation, bringing forth the needs ofthe market to our internal teams. You will interact with and present tosenior decision makers, including C-level executives, Safety, IT,Finance and Operations in the sales process. As the main point ofcontact to our Enterprise prospects, the Enterprise Sales Executive willconduct executive level discussions related to the customer's EHSprogram and the entire suite of VelocityEHS solutions.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement specific account plans supporting companygoals and quota objectivesWork with and support marketing team to identify and execute plansfor market awareness, client case studies and vertical market growthwithin assigned territory and accountsBuild and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities ( 3xquota)Serve as the lead point of contact for all prospect accountmanagement mattersNegotiate and exchange business case information with all levels ofmanagement within prospect enterpriseObtain extensive background in procurement policies and RFP'sManage getting subscription agreements signed with new Customerswith goal to maximize Enterprise SaaS revenueLeverage portfolio to engage and influence senior executive, endusers and key stakeholders across all segmentsBe the "voice of the seller" curating qualitative and quantitativeanalysis of product performance from your managed book and provideactionable feedback to inform product roadmap decision makingWork with Global Enterprise (Farmer) team on account plans andmanagement to maximize SaaS revenue and retentionTravel, present, "work" the booth and sell in a trade show orevent settingsMinimum Skills and Qualifications
5+ years of closing, quota-carrying, sales experience, including:Minimum 3 years of experience with SaaS sales; andMinimum 2 years of experience carrying a revenue target with theability to develop compelling strategies that deliver results inhighly complex and long sales cycles averaging 6 9 months,consistently selling $50k+ deals.Excellent communication, negotiation and forecasting skillsDemonstrated ability to find and manage high-level business in anevangelistic sales environmentAbility to gather and use data to inform decision making andpersuade othersAbility to assess business opportunities and read prospective buyersAbility to orchestrate the closure of business with an accurateunderstanding of prospect needsAbility to include multiple partners and members of the companymanagement team using competitive selling to position companyproducts against direct and indirect competitorsPreferred Skills and Qualifications
