About English Speaking Accounts Payables Specialist

  In our Working Capital Management service line we have roles in the scope of Payables and Receivables.

  We are now looking for talented Specialists to join the Accounts Payables team.

  Your role will be:

  Processing and booking invoices (PO and non-PO) Ensure invoices are approved properly and ready to be paid on time Invoice matching, checking and booking Handling supplier queries, solving problems (mainly in writing) Checking supplier statements and collecting missing invoices In case of invoice issues proactively contacting the partner and when necessary, escalating problems to senior team members or the team leader Maintaining pro-active contacts with other Finance areas, BSC departments, partners and customers alike Acting independently within scope of responsibility Keeping deadlines and aligning with compliance rules, especially SOX and ISO Supporting process improvement through sharing ideas

  Minimum high school leaving exam with knowledge in economics and accounting knowledge College degree in economics and accounting is an advantage Working experience in accountancy/financial services is an advantage Confident user skills in Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel Good command of English and any other european language knowledge is plus Analytical mind-set Excellent problem solving skills, logical thinking Accuracy: ability to work precisely under pressure and with tight deadlines "Can do" mentality, collaborative approach; team spirit
