　　Support the Governments leadership in the execution of complex tasks

　　Apply engineering techniques, principles, and precedents to develop, design, modify, install, test, evaluate, or operate electrical, electronic, avionics, mechanical, communications, stores, armament/ordnance, or related data processing systems for military weapon systems or associated support equipment or components

　　Review, analyze, develop, prepare, or apply engineering, technical, or maintenance specifications, policies, standards, or procedures

　　Organize, analyze, and prepare reports or presentations of technical data and information

　　Plan and perform tests and evaluations of systems equipment or components

　　Compile process, reduce, or analyze test data results

　　Collect, compile, analyze, investigate, research, or apply maintenance, acquisition, and information

　　Develop, modify, prepare, or validate documentation in relation to engineering, maintenance, and management information systems

　　Perform and support reliability demonstration and qualification testing, accelerated-life tests, and create/develop test plans and procedures

　　Review Engineering Change Proposals for RandM considerations

　　Determine key RandM metrics, identify problem areas, and assist in developing design modifications and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs)

　　Analyze need for and recommend requirements for Predictive Maintenance (PdM)

　　Assist in creating and updating Maintenance Plans, Standard Work Packages (SWPs), and training material

　　Generate various reports outlining findings and recommendations

　　Develop and update data for technical manuals including repair, inspection, and Illustrated Parts Breakdown (IPB) manuals
