　　Responsibilities include but not limited to setting up bench/testers, performing RF measurements, processing data, analyzing results, partnering with design/char/product engineers to debug issues. Soldering skills, Trace loss measurements, and knowledge of RF matching is a plus. All Qualcomm employees are expected to actively support diversity on their teams, and in the Company. Working knowledge of general RF measurements like IP3, NF, ACLR, EVM, etc. Ability to work with common lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers. etc. Ability to work within a group and with cross functional groups with good operational flexibility. Previous applicable work experience is a plus.

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　• High School diploma or equivalent.

　　• 5+ years of basic electrical/electronics engineering, electronics or RF testing, or related experience.

　　Physical Requirements:

　　• Frequently transports and installs equipment up to 25 lbs.

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Solid understanding of RF principles, RF engineering tools.

　　Solid understanding of cellular radio building blocks.

　　Familiar with lab equipment (o-scope, power meter, vector network analyzer, spectrum analyzer, signal generator).

　　Statistical Analysis tools (Excel)

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Strong written and verbal and interpersonal skills.

　　Ability to solder SMT components.

　　Ability to work under pressure to meet product introduction schedules.

　　Self-motivated individual to work in assertive team environment.

　　$28.02 - $42.02

　　The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm.
