Description:

　　An Engineering Supervisor will be responsible for shift coverage, leading, and supervising the engineering team. the idea candidate will have experience in general maintenance engineering, electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems. Good communication skills are necessary. Additionally, this position requires strong leadership skills, and a willingness to work different shifts as the demands of business dictates.

　　Qualifications:

　　2-3 Years Engineering Experience, supervisory experience - a plus

　　Strong trouble-shooting skills in all areas of maintenance in guest rooms, meeting space, and front of the house areas, as well as back of house areas.

　　Strong leadership skills

　　Ability to work different shifts as the demands of business dictates.

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to send texts and emails using a smart phone application

　　Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
