　　Job Summary:

　　The Apertures and Radio Frequency Department is seeking a Lab Manager to be part of the Antenna Test Range team. The Lab Manager will perform engineering laboratory functions involving the layout, building, testing, troubleshooting, repairing and modification of electronic or electro-mechanical devices, assemblies, subsystems, and systems. In addition, you will coordinate and execute tasks in Raytheon Engineering laboratories, maintain and standardize lab infrastructure to meet program requirements.

　　Responsibilities to Anticipate:

　　Supporting all audits including but not limited to: AS 9100/ISO 9001, DCMA and Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS).

　　The Lab Manager shall ensure lab personnel operate to standard lab run rules and applicable Raytheon policies within the lab.

　　The Lab Manager shall ensure compliance with Safety, Quality controls, 6S, Foreign Object Damage/Foreign Object Elimination (FOD/FOE), Equipment Calibration, Property, Electrostatic Discharge (ESD), Housekeeping, Shelf-life, Preventative Maintenance, and Ergonomics.

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Typically requires a high School Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a Manufacturing or Engineering environment.

　　The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Experience with the Quality processes regarding test equipment calibration requirements and AS 9100/ISO 9001 audits.

　　Knowledgeable in lab safety and 6S (Housekeeping)

　　Ability to manage logistics of various Raytheon competing contract requirements

　　Asset Management Systems experience (Aramis and UPS)

　　Knowledge of ESD Controls (Garment control, wrist straps, SSWS, and monitoring)

　　The salary range for this role is 48,000 USD - 116,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
