　　The Manufacturing Process Operator is responsible for operating grinding/polishing/deburr machines/tools, pressure washers, grit blasters, pickle tanks, paint equipment, material-moving equipment (forklifts, jib/gantry cranes, etc.), and related shop equipment/tools.

　　Essential Responsibilities:

　　• Operate a variety of production equipment and tooling. • Operate grinding/polishing/deburr machines/tools, pressure washers, grit blasters, pickle tanks, paint equipment, material-moving equipment (forklifts, jib/gantry cranes, etc.), and related shop equipment/tools. • Prepare components for painting, including cleaning and masking• Size, blend, and measure various components using a wide range of equipment/tools.• Will have ownership of compliance, safety, quality, and productivity in position of responsibilities. • Must be a flexible team player and participate with problem solving and continuous improvements. • Perform other assigned duties as required. Qualifications: • Minimum of 1 year of mechanical/electrical experience in a manufacturing environment using electrical, pneumatic, and manual hand tools • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent• Successfully pass a manufacturing assessment• 18 years of age or older • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; we will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job• Successful completion of a background check and drug screen • Willingness to work in a tobacco-free environment • Ability to work overtime, with or without reasonable accommodation • Ability to work occasional weekend shifts, with or without reasonable accommodation • Ability to work 2nd (3 PM - 11 PM) or 3rd shift (11 PM - 7 AM), with or without reasonable accommodation• Willingness to wear personal protective equipment, for example: safety glasses, gloves, hats, ear plugs and safety shoes, with or without reasonable accommodation

　　Pay Rate: The pay for this position is $20.087 - 21.184. This position is also eligible for shift premium when you work on an off shift i.e. 2nd or 3rd shift plus $1.00 USD an hour on top of base pay. This posting is expected to close on March 18th, 2024.
