Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage engineering projects with a focus on site capacity expansion.

Coordinate and monitor start-up and ramp-up activities of new departments.

Forecast timelines and establish deadlines for various development phases.

Develop and maintain time schedules, define budgets, and coordinate technical aspects.

Lead and coordinate a team to ensure flawless execution and successful implementation of projects.

Requirements:

Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical or similar) and a minimum of 3 years of experience managing engineering projects, ideally in the pharmaceutical or CDMO sector.

Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.

Outstanding ability to forecast project timelines and manage budgets.

Demonstrated skills in coordinating, mediating and motivating diverse teams.

Ability to compete in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and a determination to achieve ambitious goals.

Proficiency in English.
