Description

　　Robert Half is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist is a professional for a temporary role. An Accounts Receivable Specialist responsible for managing the financial transactions related to the accounts receivable function of a company. Their primary focus is on ensuring that the organization receives payments for goods and services rendered.

　　Duties include:

　　Invoicing: Generating and issuing invoices to customers for products or services provided by the company.

　　Billing: Verifying the accuracy of billing data and ensuring that invoices are sent promptly to customers.

　　Payment Processing: Receiving and processing payments from customers, which may involve cash, checks, credit cards, or electronic transfers.

　　Follow-Up on Outstanding Payments: Monitoring and following up on overdue payments. This may involve contacting customers to inquire about payment status and resolving any issues that may be causing delays.

　　Reconciliation: Reconciling payments received with the amounts invoiced to ensure accuracy in financial records.

　　Recordkeeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions related to accounts receivable.

　　Reporting: Generating reports on accounts receivable status, aging, and other relevant financial metrics for management review.

　　Collaboration: Working closely with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to address any issues affecting accounts receivable.

　　Compliance: Ensuring compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and relevant regulations.

　　Requirements

　　2-3 years of Accounts Receivable experience

　　Effective communication skills

　　Attention to detail

　　Strong understanding of accounting principles are typically essential for success in this role
