Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Treasury Analyst in the Real Estate Property industry, based in Irving, Texas. The chosen candidate will play a critical role in our team, handling various tasks from fraud control to accounting verification, utilizing various software systems and banking operations.

Responsibilities:

• Handle positive pay exceptions for fraud control in treasury operations

• Conduct daily checks on bank online portals for suspicious activities

• Investigate suspicious checks and decide on payment or non-payment

• Utilize the Yardi system to check issued checks and resolve issues

• Collaborate with the accounting team for verification purposes

• Work within strict morning deadlines to prevent check returns

• Process another batch of checks in the afternoon run around 3pm

• Utilize skills in Accounting Software Systems, Banking software, and Data Processing for daily tasks

• Perform banking operations and capital management activities

• Handle cash activity through Automated Clearing House (ACH) Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with Banking software

• Familiarity with Bloomberg Terminal

• Knowledge of Concur software

• Proficient in Data Processing

• Understanding of Accounting Functions

• Experience with Automated Clearing House (ACH)

• Knowledge of Banking Operation

• Experience in Capital Management

• Ability to manage Cash Activity

• Relevant experience in the Real Estate Property industry

• Previous experience in a Treasury Analyst role or similar

• detail oriented qualifications in finance or related field would be advantageous

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

• Strong ethical standards and integrity.
