Interns gain a valuable understanding of real world projects, tasks, challenges, and opportunities that exist within the industry. This paid internship is used as a springboard into the Engineering Leadership Development Program, by which practical experience gained during a summer internship creates an exceptionally prepared candidate. Students normally work from late May to mid-August and are provided with specific, meaningful, and measurable goals.
