  Schedule: Full-time; Monday - Friday

  Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year

  Accounts Payable Specialist Purpose:

  The Accounts Payable Specialist is expected to meaningfully contribute to and perpetuate our purpose and values. The ideal candidate is naturally inclined to be a self-starter, enjoys being a part of a hard-working and growing company, takes initiative to advance Thrive’s mission, purpose and values, and enjoys being part of a fun and dynamic team.   Job Responsibilities:

  Accounts Payable review for all communities under management including invoice review and check mailing

  Work closely with our compliance company to maintain vendor compliance and insurance

  1099 processing

  Petty cash and reimbursements

  Provide support and training to on-site managers as needed

  Review resident refunds before checks are sent

  Various accounting tasks such as replacement reserves, property taxes and unclaimed property

  Contribute to company culture through collaboration and support

  Qualifications:

  Bachelor’s Degree in Business related field preferred but not required

  Experience working with Yardi and/or MRI preferred but not required
