　　 What a typical day looks like : Responsible for handle the overall shift activities and reports to the Superior.Provide solution for process related and test issues with the global team/Customer support to achieve the quality of NPI and ProductionShould have knowledge in Power Product ATEs, IC Programming, Burn in & Automations (Chroma, Melss, Sinvo, and Guanjia).Responsible for Automated /Manual Tester set up and should have troubleshooting experience in Chroma ATE, Sinvo and guanjia machines.Responsible for the test equipment like Chroma Hi-Pot ,Power meter, Programmable AC source 61605, DC Electronic Load 63630 and industrial computersFailure recovery management and ECN implementationCo-ordinate with process & production for Yield and Quality improvement.Should maintain factory targeted yield downtime and failure percentage.The experience we're looking to add to our teamMin 5+ years of similar experience.Preferably Diploma / BE / B.
