Participates in the planning, development, scheduling, and the performance of engineering assignments related to the compliance programs and activities, including design, construction, operation and maintenance of the Eversource LNG and LPG facilities. Applies engineering practices as directed by other team members.
This is a hybrid position. The first three months will be full-time in the office.
There will be travel between different LNG facilities in MA and CT on an as needed basis.
Essential Functions:
Under direction, performs internal compliance assurance activitiesto assess level of compliance with existing and proposed federal, state or industry legislation and regulations.Develops and reviews procedures and policies to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures, federal, state and local regulations and codesCoordinate the collection of compliance documents to support regulatory filing requirements and information requestsAssists in the oversite of construction, operation and maintenance activities to ensure specification and code compliance. Ensure compliance with field procedures and the coordination with other Eversource Gas Business GroupsReviews purchase requisitions, and invoices related to departmental activity.Assists in gas distribution system/LNG restoration efforts during emergenciesTechnical Knowledge/Skill/Education/Licenses/Certifications:
