Provide operational support, technical support, and management for core components of endpoint services, including desktop and systems security. Use CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager and Systems Center Operations Manager products to ensure system security and policy compliance in large-scale enterprise system environment. Create, deploy, and maintain CyberArk policies. Architect and maintain standard operating procedures for endpoint services that comply with IT control requirements. Ensure operations delivery including understanding customer requirements, providing tier III support for program-level issues, monitoring support tickets, and reporting on delivery operations. Manage vendor relationship with CyberArk. May be assigned to related duties that use the required skills.

　　o Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. o Five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in each of the following: deploying and maintaining CyberArk EPM or another endpoint management solution that manages security and performance of devices connected to a network in a large-scale enterprise systems environment; deploying and managing Systems Center Operations Manager solutions; deploying and managing servers and systems in a large scale enterprise systems environment using Windows 10, Windows Defender, Windows Firewall, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, and Intune; and scripting using PowerShell. o Experience may be gained concurrently.We sustainably manage forests and manufacture products that make the world a better place.
