　　Engineer Intern:

　　Location: Richmond, VA; Atlanta, GA; Mason, OH

　　This is a hybrid position, with preference for the candidate to be located within 50 mi of our Richmond, VA, Atlanta, GA or Mason, OH Elevance Health offices.

　　An Engineer Intern will learn end to end IT engineering and change request process. Creates exhibits and other support materials as necessary. Assists with documenting less complex business and technical requirements for coding on system components. Assists in developing unit test plans while given specific tasks to support implementation. Works on developing testing best practices

　　Engineering Interns will be assigned to a specific group within Global Chief Information Office based on skill set and need of the business.

　　Students should have experience and education in:

　　Python, R, Java, C/C++, C#, Angular, HTML

　　SAS SQL Databases, Querying languages

　　Text Analytics and Natural Language Processing, Sequence Labeling

　　Machine learning, Probabilistic and Statistical Learning Methods

　　Deep Learning, recurrent neural networks, Convolutional neural networks

　　Emerging topics in artificial intelligence, intelligent systems, conversational bots, and knowledge representation and reasoning

　　Advanced user of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

　　Minimum Requirements:

　　Ability to work 40 hour per week 8 hours per day May 20 to August 9

　　Currently enrolled in a program of study at an accredited college/university

　　Experience applying analytical, problem solving, written and oral communication skills in a diverse, high productivity, learning environment
