　　フィールドサービスエンジニアは、複雑な機器やシステムのオンサイト設置、保守、修理を担当します。システム機器の運用品質の調査と確認を行います。顧客にシステムの運用と保守を指導します。担当プロジェクトの管理上および技術上の問題に関し、顧客との窓口となります。フルレンジの弊社システムと関連するオプションのオンサイトインストールを行います。

　　Responsibility:

　　• 複雑な設備の現地設置を実施し、適切な作業命令を確実にするための試験手順に従う

　　• 定期メンテナンス訪問の実施

　　• 顧客と他のフィールドサービス担当者に対するトラブルシューティングおよび修理サポートの提供

　　• 顧客、システムユーザー、社員との関係構築

　　• NanoPortをサポートし、問題解決や、他のフィールドサービス担当者を支援

　　• フィールドサービスレポートの作成と提出

　　• システムメンテナンスに関する顧客およびユーザー向けトレーニングの提供

　　• 製品品質チームへのフィードバック

　　• 社内システム文書の更新および修正

　　• システムに関する固有の問題の特定など多様な問題の報告

　　フィールドサービスの経験者

　　エンジニアとしてトラブル対応、修理の経験がある。特に分析機器、精密機器

　　電子顕微鏡の知識、興味がある

　　日本語、英語の読み書きは必須。会話力は高くなくてもよいが、好奇心がある

　　高専、大学、大学院等で理系を専攻（電気、電子、物理）

　　PC、ネットワークの知識があれば尚可
