Primary Function/Primary Goals/Objectives

　　Provide technical support to ensure smooth manufacturing operation and minimum disruption to the operation process.

　　Manages the design, planning, construction and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities.

　　Plans, budgets, and schedules maintenance activities, including estimates on equipment, labor, materials and other related costs.

　　Responsible for developing budgets and long-range plans based on company growth and future automation and control areas maintenance needs.

　　Proactively maintain and ensure optimum performance of the manufacturing control system/ equipment.

　　Major Responsibilities

　　Responsible for developing Standard Operating Procedures, implementing of maintenance program (corrective, preventive, predictive) for the work area.

　　Responsible for the troubleshooting/ investigation support of Manufacturing operation in compliance with the Site Safety and GMP procedures.

　　Responsible to support any projects being executed internally or by vendors.

　　Manage and lead contractor, vendors and service providers to perform maintenance works.

　　To manage the obsolescence and asset replacement accordance to site requirement and engineering standards,

　　Lead in continuous improvement efforts/ projects and responsible for support and execution of automation qualification such as FAT, SAT, Commissioning, Validation, CCA, VCR, IQ, etc.

　　Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

　　Skills and experience required

　　Ability to perform troubleshooting and work on difference types of PLC programming language (Siemens Step 7, Rockwell RS Logix, B&R automation).

　　Good knowledge on field instrumentations (temperature & pressure transmitter, control valve)

　　Able to perform simple instrument calibration and troubleshooting.

　　Read and Interpret maintenance procedures, equipment manuals, work orders, process and instrumentation (P&ID) diagram and electrical schematics to perform required maintenance, servicing and troubleshooting

　　Familiar with PLC control component, ability to carry out hardware replacement and minor software modification.

　　Good knowledge on field bus system (Profibus DP/PA, deviceNet, IO Link, CANopen)

　　Experience in PLC language: Siemens Step 7, Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell RS Logix 5000/500, B&R automation

　　Experience in SCADA/HMI System: GE Proficy iFix, Proficy Batch, Siemens WinCC, Wonderware InTouch, FactoryTalk

　　Experience in Packaging system: Filling machine, Case packing, Palletizing, Automated conveying line

　　Experience in Robotic: ABB/Fanuc Robotics

　　Must be able to interpret Electrical drawings and P&ID diagram.
