In this job, you will work with the Senior Manager of Portfolio Analytics and Reporting as the central lead in statewide coordination. You will be responsible for advancing SCE's position on statewide and company-wide policies related to Energy Efficiency (EE) Programs including: rolling portfolio and statewide administration reporting requirements, third party contract reporting requirements, program goal setting and goal attribution, and strategic direction and recommendations related to program data & analytics.

Lead SCE's involvement in the Statewide reporting meetings while periodically acting as the facilitator for those meetings. Manage the process of setting, monitoring and analysis of SCE's Energy Efficiency goals. Identify SCE's direction and policy with regards to any data & analytics included in regulatory filings. Manage the development of Customer Programs and Services (CP&S) comments & data submission in regulatory proceedings. Lead policy direction for Energy Efficiency program data analytics with regards to reengineering of business processes. Lead SCE's input for external benchmarking and scorecards.
Qualifications
The essentials
Ten (10) or more years of experience with energy efficiency programs or regulatory filings or similar programs impacting customers. Two (2) or more years of experience working with cost effectiveness calculations. Experience with energy and/or utility business policies, objectives, strategies, goals, operations and applicable government laws & regulations.
The preferred
Bachelor's degree or higher in Environmental Science, City/ Urban Planning, Energy/ Public Policy, Public Administration, Communications, Business, Political Science, English, Economics or related major. Experience and knowledge of statewide and company-wide policies related to Energy Efficiency (EE) Programs (examples: reporting requirements, third party contract reporting requirements, program goal setting/ goal attribution, program data & analytics, or related program policies). Experience working with CPUC Energy Division Staff. Experience developing or providing recommendations to Senior Management. Experience with budgeting, finance or reporting. Project Management Professional (PMP) or related certificate. Experience showing leadership, initiative to challenge the status quo, and work in a team setting to gain consensus and accomplish technical project objectives.
You should know
This position's work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage.
