We are dedicated to empowering businesses with reliable insights and innovative solutions, ensuring sustainable practices in various industries.DNV is seeking an Energy Efficiency Marketing Lead to play a pivotal role in driving our marketing strategy, enhancing brand visibility, and contributing to the overall success of our client Detroit-based client, DTE, specifically focused on the commercial and industrial business segments. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead marketing initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.The position is based out of our Detroit, MI office and will be a hybrid role with time spent in the office as well as remote or in the field.What You'll do:Lead the development, execution, and tracking of marketing strategies, campaigns, and tactics to promote energy efficiency among targeted business segments.Ensure all marketing materials are client-ready drafts and final deliverables, aligning with client branding style guidelines.Translate technically complex concepts into layperson's terms for effective communication.Serve as a liaison between the corporate DNV team and the client marketing/corporate communications team, fostering collaboration and effective communication.Work with the outreach team to optimize existing processes and priorities, driving accountability for meeting program goals.Attend in-person activities/events to promote energy efficiency and opportunities.Conduct presentations to update clients on program success and inform customers of energy service offerings.Drive digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and website management.Utilize analytics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.Use data insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.Plan and execute events to enhance brand awareness and engagement.The successful candidate for this position will have client management experience, strong organizational skills and be an excellent communicator.Identify, purchase, and manage promotional items, staffing apparel.Event development, planning and management.
