　　Independent practice with a strong affiliation with local tertiary care hospitals that provide a full range of Endocrinology medicine

　　Direct and manage a complete continuum of quality-based care within the interdisciplinary team

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Unrestricted licensure in the state of New York or has New York application in process

　　Fellowship trained and Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Endocrinology

　　Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start

　　New York Residents Only : The salary range for New York residents is $232,130.00 to $323,000.00 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
