Description

　　Robert Half has a client located in Irving, seeking an End User Support Analyst. If you have a passion for working in an innovative environment, you will thrive in this position. The ideal candidate for this position would have at least 3 - 5 years of IT support experience. This will be a long term contract position that will be fully onsite.

　　Provide deskside support to end users within a corporate setting on a variety of Information Technology related issues;

　　Research and resolve basic network (VPN, Cisco routers), hardware, and software application problems

　　Administer user accounts for Active Directory and other applications

　　Support/manage an Office 365 environment: Excel, OneNote etc.

　　Setup, install, and deploy laptop and desktop computers

　　Troubleshoot peripheral hardware

　　Field escalated issues from level 1 team

　　Requirements

　　Experience supporting over 500 end users including VPs and management.

　　Microsoft Office 365 experience: assigning licenses, creating mailboxes etc.

　　Image, install, and deploy laptop and desktop computers via SCCM

　　Active Directory experience: create/delete users, manage GPOs etc.

　　Troubleshoot FTP issues

　　Remote software: Bomgar, TeamViewer, or similar tools

　　Troubleshoot VPN issues
