  Job Description

  The Enablement Team focuses on delivering high-quality, innovative learning and enablement programs to our Global Product Success and Services Organization. Our goal is to empower business teams to achieve the best outcomes for our customers.

  New Hire Onboarding: Facilitate role-specific onboarding programs.

  Skills Assessment: Conduct periodic assessments to identify training needs for individual contributors and managers.Performance Tracking: Utilize data insights to improve skills and drive compliance.Continuous Enablement: Support ongoing learning for service, product, and success teams through webinars, workshops, and best practices sessions.Knowledge Management: Design learning paths and curriculums; prepare training materials in collaboration with subject matter experts.Transparency: Automate course completion data and provide actionable recommendations.

  Leadership Development: Create career progression plans and organize skill development sessions.Process Integration: Develop and integrate people, process, and playbook strategies across the organization.

  Additional Initiatives

  Customer Success Stories: Consolidate and distribute customer success stories internally.Customer Experience: Build personalized welcome and gratitude packages for customers.

  Requirements

  MBA and an Undergraduate Degree in Engineering/Management from premier schools (IITs/IIMs).Proven experience in Program Management, Enablement, and Learning.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau.

  Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives.

  - Work Timings : 2- 11 PM ( IST )- Location : Banaglore

  Mode: Work from office
