　　Job Summary and Qualifications

　　Manages the daily operations and workflows of the thoracic program in conjunction with physician(s) and administrative leadership.

　　Focus of this role will be to manage and follow up on lung nodules found through various avenues including but not limited to high-risk lung screenings, incidental findings in the Emergency Room and inpatient admissions.

　　The Lung Nodule Navigator will coordinate the next level of care for patients with lung nodules and assist patients, clinicians and program stakeholders in the collection, reporting and presentation of program outcomes

　　What qualifications you will need:

　　Registered Nurse

　　Minimum 2 years clinical, healthcare experience

　　Preferred candidates will come from backgrounds in:

　　Program management or program development

　　Patient/provider relations

　　Clincal roles in hospital setting

　　Clinical education
