　　DescriptionThe retail division of Goodwill Industries of Eastern North Carolina, Inc. (GIENC) is responsible for generating the revenue necessary to support the organization's mission. The Employment Program Manager (EPM) is part of a co-management and leadership team found throughout the organization's 41 Employment Program Centers. Tasked with meeting budgeted sales and production goals, EPMs may supervise up to 12 staff members. Alignment with the organization's values and ethics, the ability to embrace a robust safety culture and desire to provide excellent service to donors ensures that management creates an environment conducive with success.
