About Employee Service Center Representative I

  Job Description:

  Responsible for providing accurate, timely, and high-quality responses to human resource (HR) related inquiries received from Essentia Health employees. Inquiries are received via telephone and/or electronic correspondence and include but are not limited to the topics of payroll, benefits, retirement and HR policies and procedures. Also responsible for non-inquiry HR related processing such as mailings, data entry, auditing, etc., as assigned. Work Experience: Call center experience preferred.

  Education Qualifications:

  Associates Degree

  OR

  2 years applicable experience in a customer service, human resources, or call center environment.

  No certification/licensure required

  Shift Start Time

  7:30am

  Shift End Time

  4:00pm

  Pay Range

  $17.91 - $26.87 / hour

  The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, as well as internal equity among our team.
