Employee Relations Business Partner Responsibilities:
Provide strategic Employee Relations support, business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organizationProactively assess team and manager development needs relative to performance management, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutionsTriage employee relations casework, and identify potential solutions to address different case types and actions appropriately using guidelinesProvide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs, highlighting key trends in employee relations to actively drive proactive solutions to minimize reactive workDesign and deliver targeted solutions with a high degree of focus on scale and growth, including conflict resolution and mediation, strategic planning on people policies and processes and change managementHelp balance risk, taking into account employee, business and company perspectivesHelp design and facilitate manager training based on data analysisIntegrate and partner with HR colleagues in the HR Business Partner, Legal, Investigations, Learning & Development, and HR Programs teams to implement solutions and help scalePartner closely with regional HR leaders on global strategy and executionPlan, execute, and evaluates complex assignments that have an impact in region or with the clients supportedParticipate and lead projects as an integral member of the extended HR community and influence others within the organizationBuild collaborative and productive working relationshipsLead with integrity, respect, high personal standards and build personal credibilityBuilds internal community (e.g. supports others, shows respect, acts as an ally, onboards new hires, connects people, collaborates well, drives inclusion)Actively involved in interviewing and onboarding new employeesEnd-to-end management of Global Employee Relations projectsSorting through ambiguityManaging multiple matrixed cross-functional relationshipsExhibiting influence on a global scaleMinimum Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in an Employee Relations, HR Business Partner or equivalent roleDemonstrates solid judgment and experience assessing and mitigating risk relative to the businessEffective communication and critical thinking skillsDemonstrates empathy and experience driving inclusion workDemonstrated project management and change management experienceDemonstrated experience learning and thriving in a changing environment and to cultivate relationships across teamsDemonstrated ability to use data as an influence toolExperience helping global and/or matrixed organizations scaleDemonstrated experience in influencing and strategically solve problemsConsulting, coaching and facilitation skillsProven experience leading, growing, and scaling experienced HR professionalsDemonstrated influence skills with clients and partnersAbout Meta:
