　　The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

　　As an EMEA Senior Environmental Engineer (m/f/*), you provide your expertise and leadership to improve the environmental performance of the company’s operations. Specialize in environmental technical expertise and compliance, particularly focusing on water:

　　Take charge of leading and executing projects providing technical and compliance support; collaborate with regulatory agencies as necessary.

　　Contribute to incident investigation and response efforts.

　　Conduct assessments of compliance status and environmental performance.

　　Provide expertise in existing and emerging environmental regulations.

　　Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and promote consistent utilization of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) systems.

　　Deliver training sessions to enhance environmental competency development.

　　Play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and continually improving global EHS standards and programs; lead teams and offer guidance to colleagues on environmental best practices, solutions, and effective implementation strategies.

　　Your Skills and Expertise

　　To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution or equivalent with experience

　　3 years of environmental experience

　　Project management, communication, and collaboration skills

　　Familiar with European country environmental regulations (including France)

　　Fluent in English and French

　　Technical expertise in water management

　　Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include

　　Regulatory framework and analysis experience

　　Technical environmental engineering experience
