  Who are we looking for

  We are looking for a Nike Direct Stores Marketing Lead Professional to lead Seasonal Campaigns, fast paced in-store communication projects and drive member focused brand experiences for Unite & Value Concept.

  The role will be based out of our Hilversum based European Headquarters.

  Who will you work with

  This role reports directly into the EMEA Nike Direct Stores Marketing Director Value/ Unite and will work within a vast cross functional team (Store Concept, Brand Stores Marketing, Brand Creative, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Field, City Marketing teams and external agencies).

  It is crucial for this role to show case strong collaboration between Brand Marketing, Concept Teams, Business and Visual Merchandising. While keeping consistent focus on delivering work, it's key to improve and innovate existing processes.

  What will you work on

  The EMEA Stores Marketing Concepts team is responsible for driving the business, innovation, future of retail through new, and scalable omnichannel experiences across marketplace in EMEA.

  Nike Unite & Value Concepts are our off-price stores concepts and represents the most affordable access to Community and product. You will be responsible for delivering the EMEA vision of seasonal campaigns, member experiences and 365 in-store communication journeys for Unite & Value Doors.

  To execute this vision, this role will drive and influence a strong cross- functional team alignments, in-store consumer journey and operations. You will work in collaboration across store design, product, consumer journeys, defining experiences, and services, to deliver the best consumer experience.

  Join our Nike Stores Marketing team and be an integral part of our Unite & Value store fleet transformation through seasonal campaigns, impactful consumer journey, Membership connectivity, brand activations across the EMEA marketplace.

  Drive and adapt Stores Marketing seasonal alignment for the Unite & Value FleetLead all Seasonal marketing efforts and activations connected to Unite & Value FleetLead the 365 in-store communication strategies and projects for the Unite & Value FleetSet and track stores marketing KPIs and report to stakeholdersBe the stores marketing guardian in cross functional platforms and across all workstreams regarding Seasonal Campaigns and 365 in- store communication.Own budget planning, forecast and trackingOwn the cadence of relevant meetings with relevant internal/ external teamsLead MBR/ QBR Process for seasonal projects

  Essential requirements

  Min. 5 years of Marketing/ Retail Marketing experienceKnowledge and experience of O2O and membership marketingProven success in working cross functionally, in a vast matrix system and with agenciesProven track record of result driven end to end successful project managementCan prove teamwork success from past rolesStrong ownership skills and collaborative visionExperience from sports retail is strongly preferredUnderstanding the role of Visual MerchandisingAgile and positive outlook
